3. Reservations and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful activities. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are strictly prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Use of the vehicle must align with its intended purpose, and passengers should not exceed the specified limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Penarth will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental over the past 12 months.
